1. In case of accident

1) STOP immediately and
ensure everyone is safe.

2) DO NOT MOVE THE VEHICLE
unless instructed by the Police or it is necessary for safety.

3) CALL AERCAR IMMEDIATELY

4) If required, call the Police or Ambulance

5) DO NOT : 1) admit fault, 2) accept responsibility or 3) sign any statement or document for the other party or their insurance company.

6) WAIT for our insurance representative to arrive
at the scene and follow instructions.

7) If it is safe to do so, take photos of the vehicles,
the accident scene and any relevant road signs.

It is against the law.

2. Insurance Exclusions

All insurance cover is void, and you will be fully liable for the total cost of any damage or loss (regardless of the excess amount), if you are found to be:

1. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE – Alcohol or drugs.

2. RECKLESS DRIVING & SPEEDING – Driving recklessly or at excessive speed. / Vehicles may be monitored by GPS.

3. WRONG SIDE OF ROAD – Driving on the wrong side of the road. / In Cyprus, drive on the LEFT-HAND SIDE.

4. UNAUTHORIZED DRIVER – Allowing an unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle.

5. BREACH OF AGREEMENT – Using the vehicle in breach of the Rental Agreement.

TRAVEL TO NORTH CYPRUS

Travel to North Cyprus is not permitted unless you have purchased the required North Cyprus Cover at the rental counter BEFORE entering North Cyprus.

FAILURE TO OBTAIN THIS COVER BEFORE CROSSING THE BORDER WILL RESULT IN A €5OO CONTRACTUAL PENALTY, IN ADDITION TO ANY APPLICABLE CHARGES OR LIABILITIES UNDER THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

3. Vehicle Use & Policies

FUEL POLICY

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when collected. Refueling charges apply if the fuel level is lower.

PARKING AND TRAFFIC FINES

The renter is responsible for all parking tickets, speeding fines, toll charges and any administrative fees related to processing fines.

NO SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the vehicle. Cleaning charges may apply.

PETS

Pets are welcome only if transported safely. Additional cleaning charges may apply.

WRONG FUEL

The renter is responsible for all repair and recovery costs.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Return the vehicle on time, with the agreed fuel level
and with all keys and accessories. Late returns may incur additional rental charges.

KEY

Charges apply if a flat battery is caused by customer misuse (e.g. lights left on).

TYRES & WHEELS

Damage to tyres or wheels is not covered unless optional protection has been purchased.

VEHICLE CLEANLINESS

Please return the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition. Excessively dirty vehicles may incur a cleaning fee.
